In the Summer of 2026, you can travel to Uganda on Saturdays between May 2nd and September 19th.
During the Winter of 2026 -2027, you can travel to Uganda on Saturdays between December 5th and January 30th.
You can book your African adventure from €1,350 per person (excluding flights). This price is based on two people per vehicle.

If you prefer to do certain safaris with a guide, this can be arranged at the park entrance. For around $20 per day, a guide will join you and take you to the most beautiful spots and the best places to spot wildlife.

You have the option to upgrade to a larger 4×4 safari vehicle for a total additional cost of €1,770*. With this upgrade, you’ll enjoy:

Damage Waiver
Accidents can happen, so we recommend adding a damage waiver to your booking. This insurance costs €10 per day per vehicle. By selecting this option, you won’t need to pay a security deposit.
If you choose not to take the collision damage waiver, a deposit of €750 is required before departure.

Your journey begins and ends at Entebbe Airport. There are several options for getting to Uganda: you can either book your flights through us or arrange your own.
Please note: for certain departure dates, flights may no longer be available through us. In that case, you will need to book your tickets independently.
You can book your flights with Uganda Nomads from €550 departing from Brussels (Zaventem).
Note: When you book your flights with us, you’ll fly with Brussels Airlines and make a short stop of about 1 hour in Kigali, Rwanda on the way to Uganda. You remain on the plane during this stop.

If you plan to book your own flights, please note that most flights arrive late in the evening at Entebbe.
You will need to make your own way to your first accommodation, which is located a short distance from the airport.
On the second day of your road trip (Sunday), the car can be picked up from 10:00 AM. On the last day (Saturday), the car must be returned before 7:00 PM.

There are two ways to get to your hotel:
Uganda Nomads shuttle
If you booked your flights through us, a shuttle to the hotel is included.
Taxi
If you booked your own flights, you can take a taxi to your first hotel.
On the second day of your road trip (Sunday), you will receive the keys to your car.
On the last day (Saturday), you must return the car in Entebbe, after which our shuttle will take you to the airport.
