Day 3: Jinja \u2013 adrenaline on the Nile<\/h2> \t\t
Jinja is known as the adventure capital of East Africa. At the source of the Nile<\/strong>, you can enjoy adrenaline activities like white-water rafting<\/strong>, bungee jumping<\/strong>, and kayaking<\/strong>. The official source of the Nile is also a historical and spiritual highlight.<\/p>
But travelers who prefer a more relaxed pace can also have a great time in Jinja. Take a leisurely trip on the calm Nile with a kayak<\/strong> or paddleboard<\/strong>, join a yoga session, or treat yourself to a massage at your lodge. You can also visit the official source of the Nile on an optional boat trip.<\/p>

Day 4 & 5: Jinja \u2013 Murchison Falls National Park<\/h2> \t\t
Today you continue your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, which will be a long driving day. On the way you can make a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary<\/strong> where you can go with a ranger to spot the white rhino - a unique experience.<\/p>
At the end of the day you\u2019ll arrive at Murchison Falls National Park<\/strong>, where you\u2019ll find another spectacular natural phenomenon of your journey. Here, the Nile is forced through a narrow gorge only seven meters wide, causing the water to plunge down with immense power. You\u2019ll hike to the top of the waterfall for breathtaking views and take a boat trip along the river, where you can spot hippos, crocodiles and elephants.<\/strong> This raw natural power makes you experience Africa at its very best.<\/p>
The next morning is all about wildlife, both on the water and on land. And with a bit of luck, you might even spot the entire Big Five<\/strong>. One of the highlights here is a guided walk through the forest in search of wild chimpanzees in Uganda<\/strong>.
